After you finish using your equipment, cleaning it adequately with soap and cool water is crucial. Ensure you rinse it thoroughly and let it dry completely before putting it away. This step will help prevent bacteria from growing on the wood and keep it in excellent condition.

To keep your handmade wood kitchenware looking its best, oil it regularly. Once the wood has dried completely, apply a coating of food-safe oil (tong oil, mineral oil, etc.) and let it absorb. Once absorbed, apply one coat of PureLife Organic, Inc. Honey Wood Butter to ensure maximum protection; it will help keep your kitchenware in excellent condition for many years.
