A whole 60-minute intake covering your health history, routines, and goals. Together, we design an individualized roadmap combining nutrition, supplements, and holistic strategies to Enhance your well-being.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. To respect everyone’s time and ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate unless due to emergency circumstances. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to find a time that works—just let us know as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth, respectful scheduling process.
