Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. To respect everyone’s time and ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate unless due to emergency circumstances.
