All subscription boxes are prepared and shipped on the 10th of each month.

When the 10th falls on a weekend or recognized holiday, subscription boxes will be prepared and shipped on the next business day.

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the shipment has been processed.

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address and payment information current. Address changes must be submitted before the monthly box is prepared.

Important 12-Month Subscription Commitment

This subscription is offered at special pricing and requires a complete 12-month commitment.

By purchasing this subscription, the customer agrees to the following terms:

• The first monthly payment is $49.95.
• The remaining 11 monthly payments are $39.95 each.
• The total subscription commitment is $489.40.
• Standard U.S. shipping is NOT included, unless it allows for free shipping.
• The payment method provided at checkout will be charged according to the monthly billing schedule.
• This subscription cannot be cancelled or paused before the completion of the 12-month term, except where cancellation is required by applicable law.
• The customer remains responsible for all 12 scheduled payments.
• Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable.
• Boxes that have already been prepared or shipped cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.
• The stainless-steel tea infuser is included with the first shipment only.
• Complimentary product samples will vary and are not guaranteed to be the same each month.
• The subscription ends after the twelfth monthly shipment.
• The subscription does not automatically renew after completion of the initial 12-month term.
• Customers may purchase a new subscription after completing the original term.

Due to the special subscription pricing, early cancellation, refunds for unused months, and subscription pauses are not available, except where required by law.

How many teas are included each month?

Every monthly box contains four different premium loose-leaf tea blends.

How much tea is included?

Each pouch contains 0.5 ounce of loose-leaf tea. Every monthly box contains two ounces of tea in total.

Are these tea bags?

No. These are premium loose-leaf tea blends packaged in individual stand-up pouches.

Is a tea infuser included?

Yes. A reusable stainless-steel tea infuser is included with the first subscription box only.

Will I receive product samples?

Yes. Each box includes complimentary samples selected from available PureLife Organic Inc. and AVE Generational Remedies® products. Sample selection and quantity will vary.

When will my box ship?

Boxes are prepared and shipped on the 10th of each month or the next business day when the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday.

Is shipping included?

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is included in the subscription price.

Additional charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, expedited services, or international shipping.

Can I cancel my subscription?

This is a specially priced 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled or paused before the end of the term, except where required by applicable law.

Can I select my monthly teas?

The teas are selected according to the annual AVE Generational Remedies® subscription calendar. Customer substitutions are not currently available.

Can the monthly teas change?

Seasonal availability and ingredient quality may occasionally require a substitution. Any replacement will be selected to complement the month’s theme.

Do all teas contain caffeine?

No. Some blends contain naturally occurring caffeine from ingredients such as black tea, green tea, or yerba mate. Rooibos and most herbal blends are naturally caffeine-free unless otherwise stated.

Can I purchase this as a gift?

Yes. Enter the recipient’s name and shipping address during checkout. The person purchasing the subscription remains responsible for the full 12-month payment commitment.

Ingredients vary by blend. Review the individual ingredient label before preparing or consuming each tea.

Some products may be packaged in a facility that also handles common allergens.

Customers who are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a health condition, or preparing herbal tea for children should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before use.
